Sponsorships

IAEE-CTC’s new year-round sponsorship program provides your company exposure and access to the decision-makers in the Texas event industry, as opposed to a specific item or sponsorship opportunity. In order to maximize value for sponsors, we are once again using a tiered approach to benefits.

Instead of exclusively creating sponsor visibility around individual items and opportunities, there are four exposure packages that will give sponsors maximum visibility year-round.

The four sponsorship levels are:

Level                                                      Investment
Platinum                                                $2,000 plus
Gold                                                        $1,500 to $1,999
Silver                                                      $1,000 to $1,499
Bronze                                                   $500 to $999

The process will be a bit different this year.  Sponsors will choose individual items/events according to level. Within each category, companies will select as follows:

• Based on dollar amount. Companies contributing the most money will have first selection.
•  Companies contributing the same sponsorship fee or fees within $100 of one another will be entered into a drawing to determine the order in which they will get to choose specific sponsorship items or events.
• During the selection process, sponsors will have the opportunity to choose any one item or event opportunity or to allocate all of their funds to one sponsorship opportunity. Item selection for all sponsors will be conducted by conference call. 
• A complete list of available opportunities is attached. Supplier partners should contact IAEE-CTC with questions about investment levels or recognition opportunities.
• Sponsor Benefits and Recognition Menu items may change in subsequent years, and your feedback is welcome and appreciated.
